Senior .Net Developer

As part of Wacom’s business units, our Global Ink Division is responsible for Software Technology Research and Development. It was established in 2011, with main forces in Bulgaria, UK & US. Today for our growing office in Sofia with more than 55 employees, we are looking for a Senior .Net Developer.

Your Role

As a Senior .Net Developer, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of cloud services, catering to digital ink storage, data analytics, and API licensing solutions. Your expertise will extend to integrating and productizing Wacom technologies such as WILL SDK and Signature SDK. Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of these cloud services will be paramount, as will providing comprehensive documentation and training for users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on emerging technologies for innovation and research will be essential. 

Your Tasks

· Develop and maintain cloud services for digital ink storage and processing

· Create analytics applications to derive insights from our data

· Design API licensing solutions for secure access to services

· Integrate and productize Wacom technologies like WILL SDK and Signature SDK

· Ensure scalability, performance, and security of cloud services

· Provide comprehensive documentation and training

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends for innovation and research

· 5+ years of software engineering experience

· Strong .NET skills, including C# and .NET Core

· Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferably Azure)

· Cloud application design and deployment experience

· Database skills (CosmosDB, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)

· API development and RESTful API experience

· Microservices architecture familiarity

· Unit testing, integration testing, and TDD

· Version control proficiency with Git

· Troubleshooting and debugging skills

· Security best practices knowledge

· Excellent communication and teamwork

· Agile/Scrum experience

· Continuous learning mindset

· Optional certifications like Azure or AWS developer certifications

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent spoken and written English

Significant advantages

· Experience with other backend technologies (preferably NodeJS, Python)

· DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code knowledge

· Experience with Computer Graphics

· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
