Your tasks:
Business / Pipeline Development:
Identify and grow new business opportunities in target sectors
Pipeline expansion through research, networking, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
Opportunity Management:
Full opportunity management from generation to closing.
Local Market Development:
Create and execute go-to-market strategies developed with internal stakeholders
Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, industry influencers, and key decision-makers to improve brand visibility.
Local Partner Collaboration Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including distributors, resellers, and solution providers.
End Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a primary contact for major customers to build knowledge of their requirements, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Job requirements
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Native or fluent in German and fluent in English.
Proven track record of success in pipeline management and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing partnerships and developing local market strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
