Job description

As an AMAZON Account Manager who is focused on Amazon, you will provide professional and knowledgeable support to both our supplier/manufacturers and Amazon Vendor (1P) and Seller (3P) through data analysis, trend forecasting, online marketing strategies, and effective communication.

Previous experience on Amazon, or ecommerce buying, planning, marketing, and purchasing are a plus. Extensive amounts of Excel are used on a daily basis.


This position is working with the Order Management, Accounting and Marketing team to steadily improve our processes to meet the account KPIs. The Account Manager is responsible for FCST achievement of assigned AMAZON accounts and acts as the point person for AMAZON.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, strengthen and grow relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for Amazon to ensure that business needs and desires are being met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect, organize, create and present projects and reports to internal teams
  • Assess AMAZON KPIs and goals to provide clear, concise direction to internal stakeholders
  • Responsible to launch/list new products, to ensure relevant merchandising & marketing
  • Managing sell-outs and channel inventory through sales and marketing activities
  • Aligning promotions, strategy and business with others EU regions and Omnichannel accounts
  • Regularly checking KPIs & pricing
  • Collecting data and analysing them on weekly / monthly / quarterly level via Amazon Vendor Central Tool and our internal tool (Tableau)
  • Consistently improve catalogue listing
  • Work with Planning & Operations on operational topics such as yearly agreements, monthly claim, sell through, returns, open claims, fill rate, stock management

Job requirements

Profile:

  • Experience in sales/ecommerce environment (1P) or (3P)
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent and results orientated way of working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and solution-oriented communication as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Team player, working well across functions and thrive in a healthy team environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and 2nd European language
  • Ability to travel if required
  • Good knowledge in Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
