Wacom Europe delivers exceptional HR support to about 230 team members in the EMEA region. We are looking for a talented contributor to our team, ready and willing to take the next step for future growth. You are eager to work in an international environment, enjoy being an early adopter and creating strong relationships.

Your exciting tasks:

  • Supporting HR operations in our EMEA organisation (>10 countries); special focus on HR matters in Germany and collaboration with our works council
  • Supporting recruitment & sourcing activities
  • Interacting with partners e.g. for payroll and benefit administration
  • Supporting global processes (Contribution Management, Talent Development, Compensation)
  • Contributing for the development of concepts and implementation of activities to promote team member wellbeing, engagement and development

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Experience in a progressive international HR environment
  • Studies in Human Resources or another relevant field (e.g. Law)
  • Experience and/or interest in HR Information systems and their reporting functions (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Hands-on, pragmatic attitude and problem solver with lots of creative energy
  • Intercultural savvy and a strong team player
  • Good communication and presentation skills when dealing with different audiences
  • Excellent English and German language skills, other languages are a plus
