As we are growing, we are looking for Technical Copywriter & Community Manager that will be part and will support our Global Ink Division.


Your Role

In your role as Technical Copywriter & Community Manager you will be acting as the liaison between our software ink organization, creating and managing the global social media strategy, and our engineer and developer community. You will act as the voice, tone, and moderator building brand presence and trust by community support, content creation and digital engagement. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. We also expect you to have a good technical understanding and could engage on eye-level with engineers and developers.


Your Tasks

  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to grow the technical community around digital ink
  • Engaging copy-writing and technical content creation including blog post, articles, social media posts (Linkedin/Twitter/others), newsletters and videos.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Analyse web traffic and relevant community metrics.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g Marketing, Engineering, UX Design) to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, technology, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
  • Build relationships with users, potential customers and industry professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Community Manager or relevant role
  • Good technical understanding (software, cloud services, SDK, API etc.) which could be serve as a language bridge between digital technology and business customers
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an blog, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Hands on experience with social media management and developer platforms
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics and SEO
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication and writing skills
  • Attention to things with impact and ability to multitask
  • Basic GDPR understanding
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field, alternatively Technology background
  • Fluent native or business-level English, written and spoken.
