The Senior Specialist Marketing Omnichannel  is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in marketing execution both online and in-store in line with guidelines and tools. Furthermore, in order to maximize budget and opportunity for each campaign, you will also be responsible for creating, monitoring and reporting Trade Marketing KPIs covering online and in-store.


  • Actively contribute to and monitor the yearly channel marketing plan for responsible regions in collaboration with regional sales team and customer engagement team;
  • Ensure marketing plan execution (including implementation of POS material and concepts, adaption and localization of assets and content, etc.), according to the omnichannel strategy and within allocated marketing budget, to support product positioning and branding initiatives, working closely with marketing and sales teams;
  • Successfully lead, execute and convert campaigns within each specialty area of digital marketing;
  • Analyze A&P investment on a regular basis driving data-based action plans and consistently measure ROI of major initiatives;
  • Gather or generate additional shopper insights to feed trade marketing strategy when required;
  • Create and deliver trade marketing materials (POS) to support countries to execute with excellence;
  • Share best practices across countries and retailers on an ongoing basis;
  • Ensure the use of retail partner communication instruments to support channel marketing KPIs;
  • Support or ensure the improvement of the Portfolio-/Channel-Mix;
  • Enhance brand awareness, by reviewing and guaranteeing online execution excellence, and drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers through partners website;
  • Ensure regular contact with key Wacom Preferred Partners;
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to plan and conduct campaigns, trade shows and other promotional events;
  • Join EMEA wide projects and contribute Omni specific input, take care of right omnichannel perception in the project.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
  • Minimum 3-year experience working in online marketing positions including managing marketing budgets and project management;
  • Strong knowledge in areas of digital/online marketing;
  • Experience managing external providers, e.g. agencies;
  • Depth understanding of channel business and relevant retail landscape;
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of SAP applications and Tableau (preferred);
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, targeting internal and external stakeholders;
  • Self-motivation, drive and proactivity;
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge (written and spoken) in German, other languages (e.g. Spanish, Dutch) are a plus;
  • Availability to travel if required.
