Today for our growing office in Sofia with more than 60 employees, we are looking for a Product Owner Enterprise Solutions to join our team.

Your Role:



The Enterprise Product Owner drive end-to-end planning, development, go-to-market and sustainable operations of Wacom’s Enterprise business (especially related to Digital Ink, Electronic handwriting Signatures, e-Documents, and Identity Validation) in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Portfolio Management, Business Development, Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Software Engineering and QA).
The role is responsible to ensure that Wacom software and Enterprise solutions have the right feature set and quality and are delivered on time to win sales deals with enterprise companies and contribute to achieving company targets. This is a key driver, ensuring the success of enterprise software roadmap.
The strong background as Enterprise Product Owner focused on delivering solutions for B2B customer, enterprise solution integrations, software components and experience working with distributed teams across business, sales and engineering departments, are the key qualification for the role.


Your tasks:

  • Collect, define and manage Enterprise project requirements, end-to-end definition, development, lifecycle management and successful delivery
  • Responsible for product and technical requirement definition of solutions for enterprise partners and clients, considering customer/business needs, strategic impact, and technical feasibility and development effort
  • Support the preparation of the enterprise solution concept to the partners and clients
  • Specify and document all product requirements, integration points and dependencies into understandable requirements while working closely with all stakeholders: sales, engineering, design and QA leads to establish solid product planning and execution scope
  • Proactive communication between all stakeholders to ensure a transparent and consistent expectation management
  • Define business cases and user journey experience in collaboration with global stakeholders to meet the partners and clients expectations
  • Coordinate engineering, design and QA teams to manage product features and specifications, development backlog, time to release and development cost, based on Agile development approach as Product Owner
  • Develop product value proposition and feature briefings, sales and marketing briefing materials, documentation and software trainings as essential part of go-to-market process for enterprise software
  • Support the definition and execution of Enterprise software delivery framework
  • Manage business milestones and escalate risks on the project’s schedules, scope & deliveries deliveries to all relevant stakeholders

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of prior experience in Product Management/Product Owner in B2B software and enterprise solutions
  • Working experience in project management field and/or business analysis in different software development projects (agile, waterflow, hybrid)
  • Understanding the complexities of B2B business
  • On-the-job expertise in software API and SDK management, is a plus
  • Experience in defining, gathering requirements and transforming them into executable requirements for implementation team
  • Proven self-starter with hands-on ability and agile mindset to work across functional teams
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills across a set of technical, product, and business challenges
  • Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating with remote and global teams
  • Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) with the ability to convey technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
