Today for our growing office in Sofia with more than 55 employees, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our team.

Your Role:

As an Operations Project Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and monitoring of different core Wacom activities that support the delivery of our business commitments. Your key qualification for success is related with previous experience in operations of IT systems, technical experience, collaborating with distributed teams as well as commitment for best customer experience. You will partner with key cross-functional teams to make sure that business commitments would be met, business process will be followed, and reporting will be timely and accurate.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects in alignment with Director Portfolio & Delivery Management
  • Understand the company processes and support their compliance
  • Participate in defining and improving of key company process related to project execution, legal compliance, accounting compliance, portfolio management
  • Support the annual roadmap and budget process preparations in guidance with Director Portfolio & Delivery Management
  • Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams to ensure project transparency and alignment around project goals
  • Manage project risks
  • Secure accuracy and timely submission of weekly and monthly reporting
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date version of consolidated roadmaps
  • Manage escalations when projects are not following commitments
  • Ensure timely and accurately submission of budget, cost and P&L tracking of projects
  • Monitor the daily progress of assigned projects
  • Organize project planning meetings and project formation discussions

Job requirements

Your skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience with Confluence & Jira
  • Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams
  • Experience gathering requirements, writing technical requirements and user stories is considered a plus
  • Experience working with different software methodologies like Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid
  • Experience in working with different teams e.g Engineering, Design, Product Management etc.
  • Excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English in written and spoken
