Job description

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the achievement of e-store/marketplaces budget objectives by
taking ownership for both financial FCST, promotion planning, customer experience
improvement as well as inventory and stock management. Moreover, he/she is also
responsible for prioritizing platform development projects, platform product portfolio and
rebates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the financial forecasting & landing (planning, execution and reporting) for e-store
  • Define and implement seasonal promotion planning and alignment on e-store (when, what SKU, what offer - e.g. price, bundle, voucher)
  • Create, manage and optimize product listing (new, EOL and 3rd party products /bundles)
  • Manage the primary refurb allocation for e-store
  • Customer experience improvements, e.g. Magento form development in alignment with platform manager
  • SEO improvements, e.g. landing page development, content improvements
  • e-store newsletter development and execution in Act-On
  • Enhance marketplace business, B2B and telesales business
  • Develop other tasks / projects / reports requested by the Stream Leader or other
    stakeholders

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferred);
  • Minimum 5-year experience in sales/ecommerce environment, content management, category management, project management
  • Good knowledge in SAP, E-store systems (Magento preferred), MS Office, MS Dynamics; Google Analytics, Act-On
  • Basic knowledge in Tableau;
  • Ability to collaborate across functions;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Hands-on mentality;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and 2nd European language;
  • Ability to travel if required
