Job description

Wacom is looking for HR Specialist to join our team for a period of 1 year. As HR specialist you will be involved in in various tasks including HR administration, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and team development.

This position is based in Sofia, working as part of HR EMEA team with the direct report to Direction HR EMEA located in Germany.


Your Tasks

• Covering full recruitment cycle – from role definition through direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing of the candidates and closing of the position

• Manage different channels for candidate sourcing, including direct advertising, database leads, recruitment agencies, social media, pro-active headhunting, etc.

• Support the new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding process

• Facilitate HR administration and partner with our local payroll provider

• Support employees' benefits administration and team events’ organization

• Preparing HR content and communication for internal and external audiences, drive employer branding initiatives

• Contributing for the development of concepts and implementation of activities to promote team member wellbeing, engagement and development

• Participate in various HR Projects for EMEA team

Job requirements

Your Profile:

• 2+ years IT recruitment experience gained either in an agency or in-house environment or similar HR position

• University degree

• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is considered an advantage

• Working Experience in Microsoft Office applications

• The ability to work as part of a team

• Detail-oriented; Excellent administrative and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills

• Excellent English language skills
